Secretary of the board, Stacy Bonham, grew up in Tahlequah, OK, went to college at Oklahoma State University and has a BS in Education. She began her career in mental health by working at Stillwater Group Homes for adults with developmental disabilities during college. After moving to Tulsa post-grad, became a case manager for OKDHS working with adults and children with disabilities, then continued with OKDHS as a case manager, case manager supervisor, advocate, and investigator for 10 years. Then went to BIOS, which was another community-based provider serving children and adults with developmental disabilities as an area director, supervising all programs in the Tulsa and Sapulpa area. While many of these clients carried diagnoses for developmental delays, as well as mental illness, she began working strictly with those with mental illness/behavioral issues at Shadow Mountain for 10 years.
She is currently at Positive Changes, which is a partial hospitalization program for children and adolescents with behavioral health issues as the Accreditation and Performance Improvement Manager.
Stacy learned that childhood trauma permeates all levels of society, including family development, socioeconomic status, education, crime, etc. and that it is imperative that these kiddos and their families get the help they need to become contributing members of society and to hopefully break the cycle. There is also so much stigma that surrounds the term mental illness and it is extremely important to get the message out to ease these thoughts and give people the support they need to seek help. Our founder and executive director, Lilli, talked to Stacy about her vision long ago when they worked at Shadow Mountain together and is excited to be a part of something that is so vitally needed. Stacy is looking forward to making an impact and watching Together Just grow and develop.

He graduated from Holland Hall and then went to North Carolina Greensboro and Trinity University to play soccer and was Academic and Athletic All American and June B Cook Writing Scholarship Recipient. Now, Denny works in business development for MedPlan Credit and is Founder/CEO of Amicus.
Denny got his start in the nonprofit realm through his work with founding Amicus. He specifically chose to be part of Together Just because there seems to be numerous unmet needs in the mental health space, especially when it comes to youth. Together Just's mission to fill this gap, and its leadership from the employees to the other board members convinced him to help.
